Ginger-Lemon-Garlic juice – Immunity Boost and Glowing Skin!

From cold air to dry and heated rooms (during a winter time) our respiratory system and our skin gets overworked and dry. Our immune gets challenged and needs a boost.

This is an easy and natural way to boost your system. I make this juice three times per week or if I feel i am getting a cold I will make it that day.

Benefits: Boosts immune system, increases energy, decreases stress, and creates glowing skin!

Lemon – Vitamin C,B, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and fiber. Detoxifier.

Garlic – Natural antibiotic, rich in Vitmanic C and B, improves blood pressure.

Ginger – Natural expectorant, has anti-inflammatory benefits, improves absorbtion of essentials nutrients in the body.

Ingredients: 1 Lemon, 1  garlic clove, 1 fresh ginger root (4-5 slices with skin)

Kitchen Tools: 1 garlic press and lemon squeezer


  1.  Cut one lemon in half and use lemon squeezer to extract lemon juice.
  2.  Use garlic press to extract garlic and ginger root juices.
  3.  Mixed them all together and add a half or full glass of water to dilute it.
  4.  Enjoy it!
