This is not a lecture. It's not a generic wellness workshop.

It's an intimate, educational experience designed for women who are ready to understand what's actually happening in their bodies—and what to do about it.

Each Masterclass brings together a small group of women for a deep, honest conversation about one or more of the 5 Foundations. You'll leave with clarity, practical tools, and the kind of understanding that actually changes how you live.

What to expect:

  • Expert-led education rooted in science and intelligent movement principles

  • Real conversation in a safe, intimate setting

  • Practical tools you can apply immediately

  • Connection with women navigating the same season of life

  • Maximum 10 women per session—because depth requires space

Topics rotate across the 5 Foundations:

  • Metabolic Health & Hormonal Balance

  • Skin Health from the Inside Out

  • Mindset, Connection & Sustainable Habits

Sessions are offered weekly or monthly based on group needs.

Workshops range from single-pillar deep dives to full 5 Foundations immersions. Some include movement. All include education, conversation, and community.
