How I got here

I am a woman in midlife. I know this terrain from the inside.

And I've spent years building the expertise to understand it from the outside too — studying the biology, the hormones, the nervous system, the metabolic shifts, and the ways each system connects to every other. Because perimenopause and menopause are not isolated events. They touch everything.

I've worked in commercial real estate for nearly a decade — which gave me an unexpected lens. I started to see clearly how the spaces women occupy, the cultures they work inside, and the environments companies create either support or undermine women's health during this transition. That perspective now shapes how I work with organizations — bridging the human health piece with the practical, structural realities of workplace life.

I also spent five years as an advisor in the development of an active skincare brand, working directly on formulations designed for women's skin — which deepened my understanding of how internal health shows up externally, and how interconnected every system truly is.

What I bring is rare: deep expertise in women's midlife health, a coaching approach rooted in behavior change, and a real-world understanding of the professional environments where most women spend the majority of their waking hours.
