Hi, I am Leila

I believe women in midlife don't need more information—they need interpretation.

For years, I've worked alongside intelligent, capable women in their 40s and 50s—and I am one of them. We're not struggling because we're not trying hard enough. We're navigating a season of life where everything seems to shift at once, and the wellness world hasn't caught up with what we actually need.

The more I worked, the more I saw the same pattern: movement helps, but only when it's supported by good sleep, hormonal awareness, skin health, and nervous system regulation. That understanding deepened even further when I spent over five years as an advisor in the development of an active skincare brand — working closely on formulations and ingredients designed for real women's skin. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how skin health is far more than surface level, and it's shaped everything I teach about it today. Each pillar amplifies the others.

That's why I built the 5 Foundations—not to add more to your plate, but to show you how everything you're already doing connects. Because your skin isn't separate from your gut. Your hormones aren't separate from your nervous system. And your movement practice should support all of it.

This platform is for women who:

  • Are done with conflicting advice

  • Want clear, science-backed education

  • Crave practical tools they can actually use

  • Deserve to feel strong, radiant, and alive in their bodies

Through my blog, newsletter, and workshops, I teach the connections most wellness platforms miss—and help you build a foundation that lasts.

This is a space for women who want to understand — not override — their bodies
